Hi, I’m Angela (Honey) and this is Bourbon (the Hound)! I’m thrilled to have you here!
Creating custom embroidered pet apparel and accessories is my passion, and I’m excited to bring your pet’s portrait to life from our studio in Ann Arbor. Each order features a one-of-a-kind design of your pet or loved one, hand-drawn and expertly transformed into a beautiful embroidery.
Before we begin stitching, I’ll send you a proof of the design to ensure it’s exactly what you want. Bourbon and I make sure it’s dog-approved before it’s sent to you!
You’ll have 2 free revisions, so please upload a clear, well-lit, straight-on photo for the best results. Only one photo is used, so make sure it's your favorite! If you upload more than one, we’ll choose the best one for the design.
If you need more than 2 revisions (3+), there’s a $15 charge. Starting fresh with a new photo will incur a $25 fee to cover the additional time and work required.
Choose from One, Two or Three Pets with custom monogramming and inscription options on your custom work as well.
We look to provide an amazing memorial, or way for you to show your love for your pet.

- Once your order is placed, we begin crafting your custom pet embroidery design. All custom pet apparel orders/sales are final, with the design fee included in the price. For Rush Orders we will reach out ASAP to confirm timing and approvals for expedited service.
- We order garments 48 hours from order submission – If changes are needed for sizing or color please be aware that changes cannot be made after 48 hours.
- We require a high quality head-on photo of your pet in order to produce the highest quality product.
- Please double check pet name spelling and make clear what name belongs with each photo. It is the responsibility of you the customer to provide accurate information before entering production.
- We cannot guarantee results if this is not provided. If you submit design inspiration, we’ll create a rough draft and provide a proof within 48-72 hours. Note: Changes can be made in the proof process only.
- If no inspiration is provided, we’ll reach out via email to discuss your design preferences.
- We do our very best to craft custom artwork the captures each pet in our art and design style.
- After the proof is approved, we’ll finalize production, which typically takes 48-72 hours depending on our current order queue.
- Once order is moved into production please allow for 48 hours for the order to be produced.

Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we do our very best to get orders shipped out in a timely manner.
We use USPS and UPS as third party logistics providers. We use premium shipment options with our providers to ensure packages arrive timely. Once the order leaves our facility we rely on third party logistics providers to get the package to you. Issues such as weather, delays, and delivery issues are out of our hands (while rare) and can happen. Please be patient and allow reasonable time to for packages to be delivered. If a delay of more then (4) business days has occured don't hesitate to reach out to us via email to discsuss. We will happily see what we can do to help.
Note* There are no returns or refunds offered on custom products, however if a product arrives with issues or does not arrive do to shipment issues. It is at Honey and Hounds discretion to help rectify the situation within 15 days from the anticipated delivery date.
What are your sizing options?
We offer a variety of garments and they follow common US standard Unisex Sizing. Please view our size chart page here to view all garment sizing
How long does it take to process an order?
We usually begin processing orders with 12-24 hours from placing the order, unless otherwise noted we will reach out to you if more information is needed or there are custom design needs to be discussed.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally to the continental United States. Upon request we can ship anywhere but we will need to determine total cost of shipping, duty or tariffs and communicate this to you once order is placed.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of many of our products – We only accept returns on non-custom products. We do however have 100% satisfaction guarantee . At our discretion we can choose to replace or remake your order if it is not to your liking***
